Payments

Engagements are billed according to agreed terms, typically as a fixed-scope engagement billed in phases. All payment terms, schedules, and obligations are outlined in client agreements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by Hosam Hassan LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Client deliverables are governed by the terms of individual client agreements.

Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and used solely to perform services, subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.

Limitation of Liability
